Hello big wide blog world, this is my very first blog post…so don’t expect too much! It’s been just about three years since I first started the Open House Optics brand and probably just over a year since Design Extentions revamped our website. They left the blog spot open for me but honestly, I’ve been so freaking busy working IN my business that I really have neglected working ON my business. While it’s late in the month, part of my 2021 resolution is to become more engaged in the marketing and outreach aspects of Open House Optics. As I am such a newb, I would love to have your advice on blogging content if you’re reading this and have any suggestions to offer and I am hoping to add new content at least once a week. To this point, the only thing that comes to mind when I hear the word ‘blogging’ is Carrie Bradshaw’s salacious (and engaging) stories. My blog posts will be slightly less spicy but I’ll do my best to convey what the hamsters in my brain are squeaking on about and hopefully a couple of people out there will find it interesting enough.
